Ep. 182 Why do we feel unsafe in safe relationships?

While it can be understandable why we may feel unsafe in certain relationships, it can be much harder to understand why we feel unsafe in relationships that are safe, loving and supportive. In this episode I want to explore some reasons for this as well as how to think about safety in relationships so you can start to feel comfortable in the relationships that matter.
