Mentorship for Life Coaches
On-going group mastermind support for coaches who want to build ethical, thriving businesses doing deep transformative work
You love your work as a
transformational coach
Supporting people as they deepen into themselves is where you thrive.
You’ve invested in training, built a website, showed up online, and moved through the fears that come with being visible in this work.
Now you’re ready for what’s next.
More clients, more income, more alignment.
Not just growth for growth’s sake, but growth that feels true.
Maybe you're craving:
Guidance on how to grow ethically, without sounding like every other coach online
Help weaving your tools into a coherent, confident approach
A place to deepen your skills and navigate the complexities of real human transformation
This is where I come in.
If you’re anything like me, you became a space-holder because you care deeply.
But the dominant culture pushes the idea that once you're certified, you're on your own — especially in the coaching world, where most support focuses only on business strategy, not on the work itself.
What if you didn’t have to choose between being a good coach and a successful business owner
What if you had a place to:
Hone your craft while also building your business
Be met in your depth, not just your ambition
Get support not because you're doing it wrong, but because this work deserves care
Group Mentorship is a space to grow your confidence, your competence, and your capacity — in business and in practice — alongside like-hearted peers and with my full support.
I’ve spent the last decade building a sustainable, values-aligned six-figure practice.
I bring my background in business and my clinical expertise to help you do the same — in your own way.
Sure, you could do this alone.
But what if you didn’t have to?
Transformational work asks more of us than simply offering tools.
You’re drawn to emotions.
To the core of things.
To the hidden, tender wounds in someone’s psyche.
Doing this kind of work means being able to sit with murky, messy, complicated emotional states — in our clients and in ourselves. It means resisting the urge to rush healing. It means recognizing that tools, while useful, can only take us so far.
And yet, being invited into someone’s most intimate struggles can stir anxiety in even the most seasoned coach. Add to that the constant decisions around ethical marketing, managing your business, and holding all the invisible labor of being a space holder… and it’s no wonder this work can feel overwhelming.
We all have blind spots.
Tender places.
Moments where we feel lost in the complexity of it all.
This is not a sign you’re doing it wrong.
It’s part of the landscape of doing this work well.
In the mentorship, alongside other heart-centered entrepreneurs, we will navigate…
How to create a pricing structure that allows you to thrive while also holding the complexities of capitalism.
How to hold resentment, frustration, and inadequacy that comes up around scheduling, pricing, marketing and creating programs.
How to address burn out and compassion fatigue.
How to increase your capacity to be with all of the unknowns of entrepreneurship.
How to set your marketing apart from the rest, allowing you to build a niche that feels authentic and exciting.
How to hold nuance and complexity to what your clients are sharing with you and wanting from you. Trauma-informed care is a necessity.
How to build courses and programs that transform, that sell, that feel good.
When to hire, how to hire, and how to build a team that is inspired and productive.
All of the underlying beliefs that keep us from showing up the way we crave in our business and our work.
What sets this mentorship apart is that we will not only address the business aspects of your practice but also the healing aspect.
Throughout our time together we will…
…review your client’s difficulties (confidentially of course), unpack how you are supporting them, and explore where you are feeling stuck, both with the relationship and within yourself. This looks like the following:
Expand Capacity
Learn how to unpack and explore the inevitable anxiety that comes up as you support your clients.
Discover how to use the relationship to examine your own shadow self and deepen your healing.
Overcome the fears of moving away from the templates and find confidence in your own intuitive power.
Have a space to express frustrations and areas of stuckness. There is no shame in being human.
Create strong boundaries between you, your clients and your business.
Feel not so alone on the journey of holding space for other people and the inevitable feelings that arise.
Feel comfortable in your own limitations and knowledge of when to refer your client to higher levels of care.
Learn how to prevent burnout and increase ability to self-care so that you can feel fulfilled and excited about this work.
Heal the worthiness wound as it relates to your work so you can stand out as an expert in the field. Having expertise and results are definitely helpful when it comes to charging what you need to thrive off of this work.
Cultivate Skills
Find your unique methodology and voice which translates to greater brand confidence and ability to market your services.
Opportunity to ask questions about how to integrate practices and tools into your work.
Know how to hold space for trauma as it comes up, including the signs that it may be there even if the client is unaware.
Learn how to use the relationship as a catalyst for change for the client.
Unpack ethical dilemmas and best business practices for a sustainable practice.
Expand your ability to truly listen and use that listening as a transformative agent for your clients.
Strengthen your knowledge of somatic healing, shadow work, attachment theory, and developmental psychology and how to apply it in a trauma informed way.
Understand how to structure the session, slow the client down and support clients get to the root of the issue through deeper healing work.
How to navigate resistance, difficult conversations and uncertainty as it comes up in the work.
Learn how to create a supportive, inclusive environment for your clients.
This mentorship is great for coaches who…
Want to add a trauma-informed, depth oriented lens to their work.
Are ready to build a sustainable, values-aligned business without relying on gimmicks or templates.
Crave personalized professional development that meets them where they are — not one-size-fits-all solutions.
Used to be therapists and now want thoughtful companionship and support in their coaching practice.
Are feeling burned out and need fresh eyes on their business and marketing to find new momentum.
Have been coaching for years and want to deepen their mastery and evolve their work.
Long for a space where they can unpack the emotional and practical challenges of business building — without shame.
Are new to the field and feel unsure about how to confidently and ethically make money doing this work.
Feel stuck with clients or marketing and are wondering if they should give up — not because they don’t care, but because it feels like too much.
Are curious about going to grad school for psychology and want to explore depth work before making the leap.
Want to learn how to use the relational field — and their own responses — as a tool for deeper transformation.
Don’t want to do it alone, and value having support that feels nourishing and non-hierarchical.
Struggle with boundaries and tend to take their work personally, which complicates how they show up in marketing and with clients.
Before becoming a psychotherapist, I spent over a decade as a transformational coach.
I’ve walked the edge between the coaching and therapy worlds for a long time.
What I’ve seen is this: coaches are often encouraged to focus on building a business, but given little support in deepening their actual craft. We're taught to choose — business or skillset — and most of us choose business out of necessity. But that often leaves us feeling unprepared or inadequate when it comes to delivering the work we love.
I don’t believe you should have to choose. You can build a thriving business and become a masterful space-holder. In fact, I’ve found that doing both is essential.
Being a powerful coach requires nuance. It means understanding trauma. It means knowing how to move with care when inviting someone into deeper parts of themselves.
And yes — it also means learning how to market with integrity, charge what you’re worth, and create something sustainable.
Mentorship with me is a space to grow both your capacity as a healer and your confidence as a business owner.
It’s a bit like clinical supervision — not because I’ll teach you to do things my way, but because you’ll have real support as you refine your voice, hold complex dynamics, and build a practice that truly lasts.
This kind of mentorship doesn’t exist in the coaching world right now. And I’d be honored to walk with you through it.
