Ep. 196 Exploring Narcissism with Meredith Redding
Our society is currently grappling with an intense fascination with narcissism. It feels like in some ways it is everywhere, with thousands if not millions of articles, social media posts, and books being written about the topic. The word is used so much that we have in many ways lost sight of its original purpose. If everything is narcissism, is anything narcissism? In this episode I bring psychotherapist Meredith Redding onto the podcast to help us understand more about what narcissism really means and how we can understand it in a way that maintains its philosophical integrity.
