As mental health is becoming more and more mainstream, many questions arise including, where do we go when we need support? And how do we find the type of help we need? As a mental health professional, the lack of information of this kind concerns me. So in this series I want to shed light on the nuances of the mental health industry and guide seekers to find the right type of support for their needs.
